Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Senior Consultant in our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice. This role focuses on SAP Security & GRC Access Control and is based in Bengaluru. Your key responsibilities will involve configuring SAP GRC modules such as Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM). You'll conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and manage mitigation processes to prevent conflicting user permissions.

Additionally, you will process access requests, manage workflows, and perform routine User Access Reviews (UAR). This role also requires supporting internal and external audits by ensuring IT controls comply with regulations like SOX and data privacy laws. You'll be involved in designing, building, and testing security roles across diverse SAP environments, including S/4HANA and Fiori.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools, particularly SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0) and Identity and Access Management (IAM). A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Essential soft skills include strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and effective communication for training end-users. The position is located onsite in Bengaluru, India.
