Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice in Bengaluru as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Security & GRC Access Control. This role is instrumental in helping organizations leverage technology for transformative growth, enhancing operational efficiency through innovative SAP solutions.

Your expertise will be crucial in configuring SAP GRC modules such as Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighting), and Business Role Management (BRM).

You will conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and manage the mitigation process to prevent users from acquiring conflicting permissions.

Furthermore, you will manage user access requests, oversee workflows, and perform routine User Access Reviews (UAR).

This role also involves supporting internal and external audits by ensuring IT controls align with regulations like SOX and data privacy laws, and designing, building, and testing security roles across various SAP environments, including S/4HANA and Fiori.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools. A deep understanding of SAP GRC Access Control (preferably version 12.0) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) is essential.

Strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and clear communication skills for training end-users are highly valued.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
