Join a leading Enterprise Technology & Performance practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Security & GRC Access Control. Your responsibilities will encompass configuring GRC modules like Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighting), and Business Role Management (BRM). You will conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and manage mitigation processes to prevent conflicting user permissions. Key duties also include processing access requests, managing workflows, performing routine User Access Reviews (UAR), and supporting internal and external audits by ensuring IT controls align with regulations such as SOX and data privacy laws. Additionally, you will be involved in designing, building, and testing security roles across various SAP environments including S/4HANA and Fiori.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools. A deep understanding of SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0 preferred) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) is crucial. Essential soft skills include strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and effective communication to guide end-users. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required for this position.
