Configure GRC modules including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM). Conduct SoD analysis and manage mitigation processes for user permissions. Process access requests, manage workflows, and perform routine user access reviews (UAR). Support internal and external audits by ensuring IT controls align with regulations like SOX and data privacy laws. Design, build, and test security roles across various SAP environments, such as S/4HANA and Fiori.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools is required. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0 preferred) and Identity and Access Management (IAM). Strong problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder management, and clear communication abilities for end-user training are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is necessary.
