This Senior Consultant role focuses on SAP Security & GRC Access Control, a critical area for maintaining robust IT governance and compliance.

As a Senior Consultant, you will configure GRC modules, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM). You will conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and manage mitigation processes to prevent conflicting user permissions.

Your role will also involve processing access requests, managing workflows, and performing routine User Access Reviews (UAR). You will support internal and external audits, ensuring IT controls align with regulations like SOX and data privacy laws. Additionally, you will design, build, and test security roles for various SAP environments, including S/4HANA and Fiori.

We are seeking a professional with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools. A deep understanding of SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0 recommended) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) is essential.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and clear communication to effectively train end-users are vital for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
