As a Senior Consultant in SAP Security & GRC AC, you will be instrumental in configuring GRC modules such as Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighting), and Business Role Management (BRM).

You will conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and manage mitigation processes to prevent users from holding conflicting permissions. Responsibilities also include processing access requests, managing workflows, and performing routine User Access Reviews (UAR).

Furthermore, you will support internal and external audits by ensuring IT controls adhere to regulations like SOX and data privacy laws. You will also be involved in designing, building, and testing security roles across diverse SAP environments, including S/4HANA and Fiori.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools, particularly with SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0 recommended) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Essential technical skills include a deep understanding of SAP GRC AC functionalities and IAM principles. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and effective communication skills for end-user training are crucial for success in this role.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field. This position is based in Bengaluru.
