Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Security & GRC Access Control. This role is based in Bengaluru and offers an exciting opportunity to work with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge SAP solutions.

In this role, you will configure and manage SAP GRC modules including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighting), and Business Role Management (BRM). You'll conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and oversee the mitigation process to prevent conflicting user permissions.

Responsibilities extend to managing user access requests, workflows, and performing routine User Access Reviews (UAR). You will also support internal and external audits by ensuring robust IT controls align with regulations such as SOX and data privacy laws. Additionally, you will design, build, and test security roles across diverse SAP environments, including S/4HANA and Fiori.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools, specifically deep knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0) and Identity and Access Management (IAM). Essential technical skills are complemented by strong problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and clear communication skills for end-user training.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required for this position.
