This role involves working with cutting-edge SAP technologies and contributing to client success in a dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in shaping how organizations manage their IT security and compliance frameworks.

Your role will encompass configuring SAP GRC modules such as Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighting), and Business Role Management (BRM). You will conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and manage mitigation processes to prevent conflicting user permissions. Key responsibilities also include processing access requests, managing workflows, performing routine User Access Reviews (UAR), and supporting internal and external audits by ensuring IT controls meet regulatory standards like SOX and data privacy laws. You will also be involved in designing, building, and testing security roles across various SAP environments, including S/4HANA and Fiori.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools, with a strong command of SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0 is a plus) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Essential soft skills include robust problem-solving capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and clear communication for training end-users. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. This position is based in Bengaluru, India.
