Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Security & GRC Access Control. You will be instrumental in helping leading organizations leverage SAP solutions for enhanced operational efficiency and sustainable growth. This role is based in Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities include configuring GRC modules such as Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, and Business Role Management. You'll perform Segregation of Duties analysis, manage risk mitigation, process access requests, and conduct User Access Reviews. Additionally, you will support audits by ensuring IT controls meet regulations like SOX and design/build/test security roles across various SAP environments.

We are seeking candidates with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools, specifically with deep knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0) and Identity and Access Management. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and clear communication skills are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
