This role focuses on SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (REFX), requiring a specialist with a robust background in real estate processes, finance, and FI-AA.

You will be instrumental in implementing and supporting SAP REFX solutions, collaborating with clients to refine their real estate business processes and requirements.

Configure and maintain the SAP REFX module, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Manage real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Generate and analyze financial reports for real estate portfolios. Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and optimize SAP REFX system functionality.

Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency. Work closely with technical teams on system integration and data migration, staying abreast of SAP REFX advancements.

Seeking an SAP REFX Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP RE-FX, coupled with a strong foundation in real estate processes, finance, and FI-AA.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients, designing, configuring, and implementing SAP REFX solutions for contract management, lease administration, and property management.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in team environments and with clients. A B.E., MBA, CA, or MCA qualification is required. SAP REFX certification is a plus.
