This role specifically focuses on SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module implementation and support. You will be instrumental in configuring and optimizing SAP REFX to manage real estate processes effectively.

Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their real estate business processes and requirements. You'll design, configure, and implement SAP REFX solutions, covering contract management, lease administration, and property management.

Key responsibilities include: - Configuring and maintaining the SAP REFX module. - Ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Conducting user workshops and training. - Managing real estate transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Generating financial reports for real estate portfolios. - Providing ongoing system support and issue resolution. - Driving process improvements for enhanced efficiency. - Working with technical teams on system integration and data migration. - Staying abreast of SAP REFX advancements and best practices.

We are seeking a SAP REFX Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated SAP RE-FX experience, complemented by over 10 years of overall SAP consulting experience.

Essential qualifications include: - Strong background in Real Estate processes, Finance, and FI-AA. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven capacity for teamwork and client collaboration. - Educational qualifications in B.E., MBA, CA, or MCA are required. - SAP REFX certification is considered a valuable asset.
