This role focuses on delivering advanced SAP PP functionalities, contributing to significant client projects and enhancing their manufacturing and quality management processes. You will be instrumental in shaping robust solutions that address complex business needs.

Engage in comprehensive business process analysis, requirement elicitation, and gap identification to understand client needs deeply. Design and configure SAP PP and QM modules, encompassing MRP, Work Centres, Routings, Production/Process Orders, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning. Implement Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Certificates, and Results Recording for robust quality control. Configure production versions and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) tailored to specific plant capacities. Optimize batch management and batch determination for both discrete and process manufacturing environments.

Translate intricate manufacturing requirements into clear technical specifications and precise configurations. Foster seamless integration by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including CO, MM, SD, WM, and PM. Provide critical support throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and hyper care phases, ensuring smooth transitions and issue resolution.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP functional consulting is essential. Proven experience with at least two end-to-end S/4HANA project implementations in SAP PP QM is required, excluding support-only projects. Expertise in configuring core SAP PP and QM functionalities is necessary. Familiarity with Fiori apps for Manufacturing is advantageous.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for business process assessment and gap analysis. The ability to prepare functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP teams is key. Experience supporting master data setup for materials, BOMs, and routings is expected. Training key users and developing end-user documentation are also part of the role. Staying current with SAP S/4HANA advancements and driving continuous improvement initiatives is highly valued. Experience working with both Indian and global clients is a plus.
