A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess 6+ years of experience with hands-on expertise in SAP PaPM modeling, SQL scripting, SAP HANA modeling, and ABAP. A solid understanding of financial processes, cost center accounting, and performance management is essential. Experience with SAP BTP, SAP SAC, and industry exposure in financial services, manufacturing, or utilities is a plus. Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
