Join our SAP practice as an experienced SAP MM Senior Consultant and drive S/4HANA transformation, implementation, migration, and support projects. Leverage your strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management and Procurement processes to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions across diverse industries.

This role is crucial for innovation and long-term growth within our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team, focusing on enterprise technology that powers functional excellence.

Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate client business needs into robust SAP MM solutions. Configure and support key SAP MM processes, including Procurement-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Material Master.

Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration programs, conducting fit-gap analyses and creating functional specifications. Collaborate with development teams, support testing cycles, and ensure successful data migration and go-live.

Enhance integration with other SAP modules like SD, PP, FICO, and third-party applications. Optimize business processes using S/4HANA capabilities and best practices, while effectively managing project deliverables and mentoring junior consultants.

A minimum of 6-10 years of SAP MM consulting experience is required, with at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects. Demonstrable expertise in core SAP MM functionalities such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management is essential, alongside hands-on S/4HANA configuration experience.

Strong client-facing and communication skills are vital for engaging with stakeholders and managing project outcomes. Experience in creating functional specifications and leading testing phases is also a key requirement.

Prior experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharma, Retail, or Consumer industries is beneficial. Exposure to SAP Ariba, EWM, IBP, Fiori, or Agile methodologies is a plus. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
