This role involves collaborating with business users to understand financial processes and data needs, configuring SAP FI and CO modules, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. You will be instrumental in driving SAP S/4HANA implementations and custom development projects.

Configure SAP FI and CO modules, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis. Ensure expertise in Taxation and Withholding Tax (WHT) Configuration, understanding direct and indirect taxation. Analyze and provide solutions for accounting entries related to MM and SD transactions. Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (SD, MM, Asset, etc.) and external systems. Develop and customize reports and analytics dashboards for financial insights. Perform end-to-end SAP S/4 Implementation and master/transactional data migration. Work extensively on custom development, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

Possess at least 6 years of relevant SAP FICO experience. Must have at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, including data migration. Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts is essential. Mandatory experience with SAP S/4HANA is required. Demonstrated experience in custom development (RICEF objects). Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; MBA, CA, or CPA is preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
