This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in SAP FICO, including extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and data migration. You will play a key role in configuring SAP modules, integrating them with other systems, and developing custom solutions to meet specific business requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering impactful financial insights and driving process improvements for our clients.

Collaborate closely with business users to deeply understand financial processes, data needs, and reporting requirements. Configure SAP FI and CO modules comprehensively, covering general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis. Manage and implement banking solutions (Payments) and Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR). Ensure proficiency in taxation and WHT configuration, understanding both direct and indirect taxation principles. Provide expert solutions for accounting entries arising from MM and SD transactions. Integrate SAP FICO seamlessly with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, Asset) and external third-party systems. Leverage your strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts to deliver optimal solutions. Focus on extensive custom development, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Develop and customize advanced reports and analytics dashboards for insightful financial performance analysis.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant SAP FICO experience is essential. Crucially, possess at least one end-to-end SAP S/4 Implementation experience, coupled with Master and Transactional data migration expertise. Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles. Mandatory experience with SAP S/4HANA. Proven ability to work extensively on custom development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows). Familiarity with tables and their relationships within SAP is required. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are paramount. Ability to perform effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA, CA, or CPA is preferred.
