Join a leading Enterprise Technology & Performance practice, designing and implementing innovative SAP solutions for clients. This Senior Consultant role focuses on SAP FICO within the Retail industry, driving significant improvements in operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to deliver end-to-end SAP Finance solutions, specifically tailored for retail clients. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing financial operations and ensuring seamless integration across various business processes.

As an SAP FICO Senior Consultant, you will lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with retail finance business processes. Responsibilities include driving GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Controlling configurations, while ensuring smooth integration with SAP Retail modules (MM, SD).

You will also lead FIT/GAP analysis, prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects, coordinate with technical teams, and support data migration. Leading UAT cycles, defect management, go-live support, and mentoring junior consultants are also key aspects of this role.

We seek a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience, including at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations in the Retail sector. Essential skills include strong experience in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), with a preference for S/4HANA Finance knowledge.

Familiarity with retail-specific finance processes such as inventory valuation, markdown and promotion accounting, and store-level financial reporting is vital. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CA being preferred.
