Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant and drive impactful SAP solutions within our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice. As an SAP FICO Senior Consultant, you will spearhead functional design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless alignment with retail finance business processes. Your responsibilities will include leading FIT/GAP analysis, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams for development and testing.

You will also support data migration, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, and provide crucial go-live and post-implementation support. Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team capability building are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6+ years of extensive SAP FICO experience, including at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations within the Retail sector. A strong command of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with deep knowledge of retail-specific finance processes, is essential.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred. Familiarity with SAP MM, SD, Retail, and POS integration points, as well as a solid understanding of business process controls, are critical. Exposure to SAP Ariba, EWM, Fiori, or MDG, and relevant certifications, will strengthen your application.
