You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying innovative SAP solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth for leading organizations. Engage with business users to deeply understand financial processes, data needs, and reporting requirements. Configure SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profitability Analysis, and Payments. Implement GST and WHT for India, with a strong grasp of direct and indirect taxation. Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules like MM, SD, and Asset Accounting, as well as third-party systems. Support month-end closing for finance and P&L accounts, and contribute to data migration, testing, and post-go-live support.

Develop functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams. Leverage your problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex challenges. Work both independently and as a valuable member of the team, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with master and transactional data migration. Expertise in either Finance, Controlling, or both is essential. A mandatory requirement is experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications include a Masters, Bachelor's degree, CA, CMA, or CS. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are vital. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools like Jira and Confluence is preferred. Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling is a plus.
