Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Senior SAP FICA Consultant in our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice in Pune. This role focuses on designing and implementing SAP FICA solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth for organizations.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess customer business requirements and design SAP FICA solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business needs, develop feasibility studies, and create detailed designs. Involvement in functional testing and supporting offshore ABAP developers is crucial. You will also contribute to effort estimations and delivery planning, ensuring projects meet business objectives within timelines and budgets.

Key accountabilities include acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, managing enhancement requests, writing functional specifications, and performing functional tests. Coordination with the project team during analysis, implementation, and defect resolution is also expected.

We are looking for candidates with 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP FICA/RMCA, including designing and configuring RMCA modules. A strong understanding of SAP FICA business process flows is essential, along with experience in system integration, implementing complex solutions, and delivering projects in an international environment. Knowledge of Billing, Invoicing, Account Receivable/Payable, and experience with RFC/REST APIs and ALE IDOCs are required.

Essential skills include the ability to manage estimates, tasks, escalations, and risks. Excellent communication and influencing skills are necessary to manage diverse stakeholder perspectives and drive decision-making. An insightful understanding of business finance processes, particularly in the Telco market, is highly valued. SAP and S/4HANA experience is a plus. A Master’s degree in business administration or economics is required. SAP certification is preferred.
