Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior SAP EHS & Sustainability Consultant in Kochi. This role is integral to driving functional excellence and innovation through enterprise technology solutions. You will work with cutting-edge SAP modules to enhance environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll be instrumental in transforming how organizations manage their EHS and sustainability data and processes. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape impactful solutions within a leading global firm.

Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements through workshops and detailed analysis. Redesign Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) processes from current state (As-Is) to future state (To-Be). Provide expert recommendations on best practices for EHS, ESG, Sustainability, Product Compliance, and Responsible Design. Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and detailed solution designs.

Key areas of focus include Product Safety (Specification Management, SDS, Dangerous Goods, Label Management), Occupational Health (Health Surveillance, Medical Protocols), Industrial Hygiene (Risk Assessments, Hazard Identification), Incident Management (Near-Miss Reporting, CAPA), Environmental Management (Emissions, Waste, Water Tracking), and Sustainability Solutions (SAP Sustainability Control Tower, Footprint Management, Environment Management, Responsible Design, ESG Reporting, Carbon Accounting).

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP EHS is essential. You will actively participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, lead EHS migration and data transition efforts, and design integrated sustainability architectures. Key responsibilities include configuring S/4HANA EHS and Sustainability applications, supporting integrations with SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud, and defining master data governance and sustainability reporting frameworks. A Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc (I.T), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
