Join Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) practice as a Senior SAP EAM/PM Consultant in Delhi. As an experienced SAP PM Consultant, you will expertly implement, configure, and support SAP Plant Maintenance processes. Your responsibilities include optimizing maintenance operations, asset management, and integrating with other SAP modules. You'll gather and analyze business requirements, configure SAP PM functionalities such as technical objects, notifications, orders, and preventive maintenance plans. This role also involves supporting end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements, alongside developing functional specifications and conducting various testing phases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, QM, PS, EAM, and FICO modules. Additionally, you'll provide user training and documentation, manage incidents, and contribute to process improvement recommendations by performing gap analysis. Experience in developing maintenance strategies and working with breakdown, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes is key.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PM Consultant with a strong background in SAP PM configuration and support, including hands-on experience with equipment and functional location management, maintenance planning, refurbishment, calibration, warranty, and permit management. A solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance KPIs is essential.

Expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM processes and proven stakeholder management and client-facing skills are required. You should be adept at conducting workshops and recommending industry best practices. Experience within manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, power, mining, or chemical industries is highly valued. Exposure to SAP Fiori Apps for EAM is preferred, and knowledge of SAP Mobility solutions like SAP Asset Manager is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field is necessary; SAP PM/EAM certification is preferred.
