Your core responsibilities will involve implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to optimize maintenance operations, asset management, work orders, and preventive maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key duties include gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring SAP PM functionalities (Technical Objects, Notifications, Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Task Lists, Work Centers, Measuring Points), and supporting end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.

You will also design maintenance strategies, work with various maintenance processes (breakdown, corrective, preventive, predictive), and manage planning/scheduling. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for integration with SAP MM, QM, PS, EAM, and FICO is crucial. Furthermore, you'll perform gap analysis, develop functional specifications, conduct testing, provide user training, and manage support tickets.

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant with a proven track record in configuration and support. Essential hands-on experience includes Equipment & Functional Location Management, Maintenance Planning, Refurbishment Process, Calibration Process, Warranty Management, and Permit Management.

Familiarity with maintenance KPIs, asset lifecycle management, and SAP S/4HANA EAM processes is required. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills are paramount, along with the ability to conduct workshops and propose industry best practices.

Experience in manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, power, mining, or chemical industries is highly desirable. Exposure to SAP Fiori Apps for EAM is a plus. While not mandatory, SAP PM/EAM Certification is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field is necessary.
