Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a SAP Senior Consultant specializing in SAP CS and Warranty Management. You will drive the implementation and optimization of service and warranty processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. This role is pivotal in leveraging enterprise technology to enhance functional excellence and foster innovation.

This position is based onsite in Bengaluru, offering a dynamic environment for growth and impact within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.

As a SAP Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end SAP Warranty and SAP CS solution implementations. This includes configuring complex warranty claim management, service notifications, orders, and contracts. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions, manage intricate service processes like installation and repairs, and ensure smooth integration with SAP SD, MM, and PM modules.

Your responsibilities extend to managing warranty claim processing, conducting entitlement checks, and processing reimbursements. You'll provide essential L2/L3 support, resolve complex technical issues, and prepare functional specifications for development. Furthermore, you will guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deliver training, and develop comprehensive documentation for end-users.

We seek a SAP Senior Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong hands-on expertise in the SAP CS module and SAP Warranty Management. A solid understanding of service orders, notifications, contracts, and billing is essential.

Candidates should possess knowledge of integration with SAP SD, MM, and PM modules and a clear understanding of after-sales service and warranty business processes. Experience with S/4HANA is highly preferred. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
