This role focuses on leading technical workstreams for Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. You will deliver high-performance solutions using cutting-edge SAP technologies.

Lead technical aspects of SAP S/4HANA implementations using ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Design and develop complex SAP applications with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, APIs, and HANA-optimized techniques. Architect enterprise-level technical solutions aligned with business needs and SAP best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution delivery. Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and integration components. Drive technical design reviews, code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP development standards. Assist with data migration, testing cycles, defect resolution, and post-go-live support. Enhance SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5 and modern S/4HANA frameworks. Leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solution building. Prepare technical documentation and project deliverables. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

Minimum 7 years of extensive SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies. Proficiency in ABAP on HANA, RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model), CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP. Proven experience developing RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements applications, CDS Annotations, AMDP procedures, and APIs. Solid understanding of object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration technologies. Experience in performance tuning, debugging, code optimization, and troubleshooting within complex SAP environments. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices. Experience working with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support. Demonstrated experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or an MBA is required.
