You will be deeply involved in all stages of the SAP development lifecycle, writing well-designed, efficient code, and performing thorough testing and fine-tuning. Ensuring that all designs align with project specifications is a key responsibility. You will also actively support continuous improvement initiatives by exploring alternative technologies and presenting your findings for architectural review. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key activities include developing robust reports, interfaces, and conversion programs, alongside implementing complex enhancements and forms. You will also leverage ABAP on HANA features like ABAP CDS and AMDP, and work with OData protocols to build efficient solutions.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP on HANA consultant with 7-10 years of experience, proficient in FIORI/UI5, JavaScript, and Node.js. A strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) is crucial. Candidates should have a proven track record in automation development projects and experience with SAP FICO, SCM, or HR modules. Expertise in complex problem-solving, including advanced troubleshooting and debugging techniques, is a must.

Core ABAP skills should encompass reports (ALV, classical, interactive), interfaces (ALE, IDOC, Proxy), conversions (BAPI, BDC), enhancements (User exits, BADI, implicit/explicit enhancements), and forms (ADOBE, Smart forms). Experience with ABAP on HANA, including ABAP CDS, AMDP, and OData protocol, is also required. Familiarity with SAP UI5/FIORI, JavaScript, Node.js, BTP, CAPM, or RAP will be advantageous.
