This role focuses on leading SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) engagements for domestic clients. You will manage end-to-end SAP implementations, providing expert business process consulting, effective stakeholder management, robust solution design, and successful project delivery within manufacturing and quality domains.

Lead comprehensive SAP PP solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, covering areas like Demand Management, MRP, S&OP, and Production Orders. Optimize production planning and execution processes, including PP-PI and Repetitive Manufacturing.

Spearhead SAP QM implementation, configuring and supporting Quality Planning, Inspection Processes, Notifications, Vendor Quality, and Audit Management. Ensure quality processes align with business needs and support compliance.

Oversee critical cross-functional integrations with modules like MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, FICO, and MES, ensuring seamless manufacturing and quality workflows.

Manage SAP PP/QM workstreams across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects. Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, and lead solution design sessions. Effectively manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables, while ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to governance standards.

Engage strategically with Plant Heads, Manufacturing and Quality Leaders, Supply Chain Directors, and CXO-level stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor for manufacturing transformation, offering recommendations on process optimization and digital strategies, and driving client discussions with executive presentations.

Lead and mentor a team of SAP PP/QM consultants, supporting resource planning and capability development. Conduct solution reviews, promote adherence to SAP best practices, and foster knowledge sharing across projects and teams.

We are seeking candidates with 6-13 years of extensive experience in SAP PP and SAP QM modules. Proven track record in managing at least 3-4 end-to-end SAP implementations is essential. Experience leading teams of 5-20 consultants and exposure to large-scale manufacturing and process industry clients are highly desirable.

Key technical skills include strong expertise in Production Planning, Process Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, Quality Inspection, Batch Management, Serialization, and Manufacturing Execution Processes. Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and operational excellence frameworks is expected.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management is a must, including proficiency in Fiori Applications, Embedded Analytics, Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI), Advanced ATP, and Manufacturing Integration concepts. A solid understanding of SAP Best Practices for manufacturing transformation is crucial.
