We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Senior Consultant to contribute to SAP Finance implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. This role involves a comprehensive engagement from requirement analysis and solution design through to testing, issue resolution, and cross-functional team coordination.

Your responsibilities will include acting as an SAP FI functional consultant across various project phases. You will gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders, conduct fit-gap analyses, and prepare detailed functional solution designs. Configuration of SAP FI modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation, and Intercompany Accounting will be a core part of your role, alongside managing Financial Closing processes.

A strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) is essential. You will configure and support integrations between FI and other SAP modules like MM, SD, and CO. Preparing functional specifications for ABAP development, creating test scenarios and scripts, and supporting SIT/UAT are also key duties. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving functional defects, supporting data migration activities, and participating in cutover and post-go-live support. Additionally, preparing functional documentation, configuration documents, user guides, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for junior consultants will be expected.

We require candidates with 6–10 years of overall SAP experience, including substantial hands-on SAP FI expertise. A minimum of 4–6 years of direct SAP FI configuration and support experience is preferred, ideally with involvement in at least one full SAP FI implementation or rollout project. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and its integration capabilities with MM, SD, and CO modules is crucial.

Demonstrated understanding of core accounting and finance processes, coupled with proven experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and defect resolution, is necessary. The ability to independently manage assigned FI workstreams, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
