Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP TM solutions to enhance transportation and logistics operations. Drive digitization initiatives, manage global or regional projects, and ensure the seamless flow of materials. Responsibilities include leading functional workshops, translating business needs into detailed requirements, analyzing current processes for improvements, and supporting UAT. You will mentor junior team members and ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

A minimum of 10 years in SAP, with at least 5 years dedicated to SAP TM, is essential. You should have 3+ years of experience managing SAP TM teams or large-scale transformation programs, including leading at least two full-cycle SAP TM implementations or one TM implementation and an S/4HANA transformation. Proven experience in configuration, testing, deployment, and support of SAP TM is required. Expertise in areas such as transportation planning, freight cost management, and integration with SAP modules (S/4HANA, EWM, MM, SD, etc.) and external systems is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with an MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics being preferred.
