This role focuses on SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control, offering a dynamic environment to shape critical security and access management strategies within complex SAP landscapes.

Configure and manage SAP GRC Access Control modules including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM).

Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and oversee the mitigation process to prevent conflicting user permissions.

Process access requests, manage associated workflows, and perform routine User Access Reviews (UAR).

Support internal and external audits by ensuring IT controls align with regulations like SOX and data privacy laws.

Design, build, and test security roles across various SAP environments, including S/4HANA and Fiori.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Possess at least 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools, with deep knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to communicate clearly to train end-users.
