This Manager position specifically focuses on SAP security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) access controls, offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a well-established consulting environment.

Configure SAP GRC modules, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM). Manage the risk mitigation process by performing SoD analysis to prevent conflicting user permissions. Oversee user access requests, manage workflows, and conduct routine user access reviews (UAR). Support audits by ensuring IT controls align with SOX and data privacy regulations. Design, build, and test security roles for various SAP environments like S/4HANA and Fiori.

Requires a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and GRC tools. Possess deep technical expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0) and Identity and Access Management (IAM). Demonstrate strong problem-solving acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and clear communication skills for end-user training. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is essential.
