Manage and implement SAP Cloud IAG, IAS, and IPS for robust identity and access management. Conduct Access Risk Analysis (ARA) to identify and resolve Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, preventing fraud and data misuse. Design and automate Access Request Management (ARM) workflows for secure user access. Configure Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for critical system maintenance. Develop and maintain security roles across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and BTP. Prepare audit trails and access reports to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

This position requires 9 to 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP security. Demonstrable deep expertise in SAP IAG, including both standard and Bridge modes, is essential. A strong understanding of legacy on-premise SAP GRC Access Control and its integration with cloud IAG is required. Familiarity with SAP BTP security, Identity Lifecycle Management, and hybrid system connectors is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for this role.
