This role is for an experienced SAP Project Systems (SAP PS) Manager to lead solution design, implementation, and optimization within complex business environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP PS and a deep understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle. You will manage cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP-enabled project management solutions, improving project visibility, cost control, resource management, and overall operational efficiency.

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Project Systems solutions, driving end-to-end process transformation aligned with business objectives. Define SAP PS solution architecture and integration design across various SAP modules. Provide strategic guidance on project governance, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and execution. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices within project management functions.

Analyze business requirements for project planning, execution, cost management, capital and customer projects, resource planning, and progress monitoring. Translate these requirements into functional specifications and solution designs, recommending process improvements and automation opportunities. Configure and optimize key SAP PS components including WBS Elements, Networks, Activities, Milestones, Budgeting, Cost Planning, and Settlement Rules. Support master data governance and develop functional specifications for enhancements.

We are seeking an accomplished SAP PS Manager with over 10 years of consulting experience, including multiple end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Proven experience leading global or regional transformation initiatives and managing large-scale project portfolios and project accounting processes is essential. Strong capabilities in stakeholder management and team leadership are required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary. Experience in leading workshops, translating business needs into functional requirements, and supporting UAT is also expected.
