Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP's Enterprise Technology & Performance practice as an SAP PP/QM Manager in Delhi. Lead functional discovery workshops for order management processes and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements. Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with architects on design impacts. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions, and performing configuration, testing, and deployment. You will also provide L2/L3 production support, resolve tickets within SLAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PM, WM, FI). Participate in rollouts, upgrades, S/4HANA transformation projects, and conduct end-user training and documentation.

We seek candidates with 9-12 years of SAP experience, specifically strong expertise in the PP and QM modules, and at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Demonstrable knowledge of integration points between PP with MM and SD, and QM with MM and PP is crucial.

Hands-on experience in configuration (SPRO settings), master data setup, and troubleshooting production/quality issues is required. Familiarity with S/4HANA environments is highly desirable. Experience with batch management, classification, and variant configuration is a plus, as is basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.

Proficiency in configuring and supporting production planning processes, including MRP, BOM, routing, work centers, production/process orders, and capacity planning, is essential. Experience with demand management, batch determination, shop floor control, and improving planning efficiency using MRP strategies and planning strategies is also key.

Experience with SAP PM implementation, UAT, data migration, test case management, and Fiori is beneficial. For SAP QM, experience in configuring and supporting quality planning (inspection plans, MICs), quality inspection (incoming, in-process, final), quality notifications, vendor evaluation, audit management, and integration with PP/MM for inspection lot processing and quality control is needed. Support for compliance with ISO, GMP, or regulatory standards is also expected.
