Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements for order management. Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the future OMS model. Collaborate with architects and integration teams to address design impacts and dependencies. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor junior Business Analysts and support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Gather and analyze business requirements, converting them into effective SAP solutions. Perform configuration, unit testing, and UAT. Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PM, WM, FI) on rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations. Conduct end-user training and create comprehensive documentation.

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional with 9-12 years of experience, demonstrating strong expertise in SAP PP and QM modules. A minimum of 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects is essential. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of integration points between PP/MM and SD, as well as QM/MM and PP. Hands-on experience in configuration (SPRO settings), master data setup, and troubleshooting production/quality issues is required.

Familiarity with S/4HANA is highly desirable. Experience with batch management, classification, and variant configuration is a plus. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is preferred. The role involves configuring and supporting production planning processes, including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production/Process Orders, and Capacity Planning. Experience in demand management, batch determination, and shop floor control is also key. Additionally, expertise in SAP PM and QM modules, including Quality Planning, Inspection, Notifications, and integration with PP/MM, is expected.
