Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing comprehensive solutions, and performing configuration for SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will manage the full lifecycle from testing and deployment through post-go-live support.

This involves configuring modules like GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting, as well as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA. You will prepare functional specifications, conduct workshops, and perform gap analysis, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices. Coordination with technical teams for custom developments and support for module integrations are also crucial aspects of this role.

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 9 years of implementation and support experience, including at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects. A strong background in SAP FICO configuration, financial closing, reporting, and hands-on experience with AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, and Banking are essential.

Proficiency in accounting principles and finance processes is required, along with experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. Experience with integration points across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PS) and exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance are highly preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
