This position is ideal for an experienced SAP Finance (FI) Manager ready to lead solution delivery and stakeholder engagement in enterprise-wide SAP initiatives. The candidate will bring strong functional expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and proven leadership in delivering end-to-end SAP projects. Collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams is key to designing and implementing scalable finance solutions.

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FI solutions, driving fit-gap analysis and recommending optimal standard solutions. Provide functional leadership for finance transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to business, compliance, and governance requirements. Optimize end-to-end finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams, managing client expectations and ensuring successful solution adoption.

Manage SAP workstreams during implementation, rollout, and support projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with project governance. Configure SAP modules, prepare functional specifications, and support integration design. Lead various testing phases, including SIT and UAT, and support cutover planning. Mentor SAP consultants, review deliverables, and drive knowledge sharing within the practice.

A minimum of 8-12 years of SAP Finance consulting experience is required, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Proven experience in 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, global template deployments, and support/enhancement engagements is essential. Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance environments is mandatory.

Essential skills include deep knowledge of SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Tax, Financial Closing) and SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing Cockpit. Strong integration understanding with SAP CO, MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, and Analytics solutions is crucial. Leadership competencies such as strong client-facing skills, excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and team management abilities are expected. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
