Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) practice as an experienced SAP FICO Manager, playing a pivotal role in delivering technology-driven transformation for domestic clients. This position focuses on leveraging innovative SAP solutions to boost operational efficiency and foster sustainable business growth.

As a key member of the team, you will guide organizations through complex SAP FICO implementations and support initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving financial process improvements and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects. Conduct in-depth business process assessments and design robust SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. Configure and support critical modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. Drive financial closing processes, manage month-end and year-end activities, and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, withholding tax, e-invoicing, and e-way bill requirements.

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively. Lead workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions. Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to project governance standards. Maintain clear client communications and provide regular status updates. Support presales activities, including estimations, solutioning, and proposal development.

We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO professional with 9-13 years of extensive experience in SAP FICO, ideally holding a certification. Proven experience in at least 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations and managing teams of 5-20 consultants is essential. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, coupled with experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations/migrations, is required.

Key competencies include a solid understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Budgeting & Cost Control, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Indian taxation/statutory reporting. Integration experience with MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, and Treasury modules, along with exposure to Fiori Apps, CDS Views, embedded analytics, and SAP interfaces, is highly valued. An academic background including CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), B. Com, or M.Com is expected.
