As a SAP FICO Manager, you will spearhead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Your responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, design robust finance and controlling solutions, and configure core SAP FI/CO modules. You will also drive finance transformation using S/4HANA capabilities, develop functional specifications, lead testing phases, and manage month/year-end closing processes. Furthermore, you'll oversee integrations, ensure solution quality, mentor junior consultants, and manage client communication and project delivery.

We are seeking candidates with 10-12 years of experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance. Essential skills include expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, GST, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA. A strong understanding of financial closing processes, SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, and functional specification development is required. Experience integrating SAP FICO with modules like MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, and Treasury is crucial, as is experience with S/4HANA Finance transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities are also key. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or CPA being advantageous. SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is preferred.
