As a Manager within our SAP FICO domain, you will spearhead critical initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise to lead implementations, rollouts, enhancements, migrations, and AMS/support engagements across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Your role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate their needs into robust financial and controlling solutions.

This position is ideal for a seasoned SAP FICO professional with a proven track record in managing complex projects and leading functional teams. You will be instrumental in guiding junior consultants and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Your leadership and client management skills will be crucial in navigating project lifecycles and mitigating risks.

Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and AMS/support projects on SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and design scalable finance and controlling solutions. Configure and support core SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation). Configure and manage SAP CO processes (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA). Drive finance transformation using SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities. Develop functional specifications, collaborate with technical teams, and oversee development and deployment. Lead testing (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support. Ensure timely financial closing processes and resolve production issues. Design and manage integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, Treasury) and external applications. Monitor solution quality, provide governance, and mentor junior consultants. Manage client communication, project planning, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or Engineering is required. An MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or other professional qualifications will be advantageous. Candidates should possess 10-12 years of experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance, with expertise in various FI and CO sub-modules. Familiarity with SAP Fiori Applications, Embedded Analytics, and functional specification development is essential. Experience in integrating SAP FICO with modules like MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, and Treasury is expected. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client communication skills are critical. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation is highly desirable.
