This role offers the opportunity to drive significant business value by leading end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) initiatives, from implementation to optimization. You will leverage your deep understanding of financial processes and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance to deliver impactful results.

Configure and support critical SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Cash Management. Manage financial closing activities and ensure compliance with tax and statutory reporting requirements. Integrate financial processes with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

Drive SAP CO functionalities such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA. Lead budgeting, planning, cost allocation, and profitability analysis processes to optimize financial performance.

Participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, and migration projects. Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and conduct fit-gap analyses. Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments and execute comprehensive testing phases, including SIT and UAT, followed by hypercare support and incident resolution.

A seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with 8-10 years of experience is sought for this role. Proven expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance, including in-depth FI and CO module configuration, is essential. Experience with interfaces, IDOCs, and integration points is required.

Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial processes is crucial. Candidates must have experience preparing functional specifications and managing UAT. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for collaborating effectively with various business and leadership teams.
