We're seeking a seasoned SAP Controlling (CO) Manager to spearhead finance controlling initiatives, SAP solution delivery, and business process enhancements across major SAP programs. The ideal candidate brings extensive SAP CO expertise, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven history of successful SAP implementations, rollouts, support, and S/4HANA transformations.

This role involves close collaboration with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to craft and optimize cost management, profitability analysis, planning, and performance reporting solutions that align with strategic business goals. Become an integral part of shaping innovative SAP solutions that boost operational efficiency and foster sustainable growth.

Lead SAP CO workstreams for implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support. Drive business process design and transformation in management accounting and cost controlling, conducting fit-gap analyses and defining future operating models. Recommend SAP standard solutions and industry best practices, while supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation programs. Oversee and manage Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Cost Controlling, and Profitability Management. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning solution design, enabling enhanced management reporting and KPI tracking.

Spearhead SAP S/4HANA Controlling Transformation, including Universal Journal Integration and Account-Based CO-PA. Analyze existing processes, design future-state controlling models, and simplify reporting structures. Drive finance transformation and operational excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate governance. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating design discussions and presenting solution recommendations to leadership.

A minimum of 10-15 years of SAP consulting experience is required, with at least 4-6 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Demonstrated experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementations, global rollout programs, SAP support and enhancement engagements, and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects is essential. Experience within manufacturing, industrial products, engineering, utilities, or process industries is highly preferred.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Information Technology. An MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is preferred. While not mandatory, certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling, experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and exposure to SAP Group Reporting or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) are advantageous. Strong consulting, communication, strategic thinking, and team leadership skills are critical for success in this role.
