This role focuses on SAP Controlling (CO) implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.

As an experienced SAP CO Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP systems, conducting testing, and resolving issues. You will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to deliver impactful SAP Controlling functionalities.

Manage SAP CO functional consulting across the project lifecycle, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support.

Key duties involve: - Gathering and analyzing business requirements from Finance and Controlling stakeholders. - Performing fit-gap analysis and developing functional solution designs. - Configuring SAP CO modules to meet business needs. - Providing expertise in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/Margin Analysis). - Supporting Cost Allocations, Assessments, Distributions, Planning, Budgeting, and Period-End Closing processes. - Working with Material Ledger and Actual Costing, and leveraging SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (Universal Journal/ACDOCA). - Configuring and supporting integrations between CO and FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS modules. - Preparing functional specifications for ABAP developments and coordinating with technical teams. - Developing test scenarios, scripts, and supporting SIT and UAT. - Analyzing and resolving functional defects and production issues. - Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover. - Participating in go-live and hypercare support phases. - Creating configuration documents, functional specifications, test documents, and user guides. - Coordinating with business users, technical teams, and global teams. - Mentoring junior consultants and transferring knowledge. - Ensuring timely completion of assigned CO deliverables.

A strong foundation in SAP CO is essential, with 9–12 years of overall SAP experience and a minimum of 4–6 years dedicated to hands-on SAP CO configuration and functional support.

Essential qualifications include: - Experience in at least one full SAP CO implementation or rollout project. - Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling. - Hands-on experience with CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PC, CO-PA, or Material Ledger. - A solid understanding of Management Accounting and Controlling principles. - Proficiency in CO integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS. - Proven ability in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and defect resolution. - Experience collaborating directly with business users and client stakeholders. - Capability to independently manage assigned CO workstreams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling certification, experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations, strong knowledge of Product Costing and Material Ledger/Actual Costing, exposure to CO-PA/Margin Analysis, Central Finance, Group Reporting, SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Activate methodology.
