Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as an SAP Ariba Manager in Bengaluru. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders to enhance purchasing and invoicing processes, integrate Ariba with ERP systems, and ensure successful end-to-end project delivery. Key responsibilities include leading requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops. You will configure SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Catalogs, and approval workflows. This involves designing and configuring various procurement processes from requisition to invoice reconciliation. You'll also develop and maintain custom request forms, support integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC via CIG, and manage the entire project lifecycle including SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support. Troubleshooting functional issues, providing process improvements, and developing comprehensive documentation are also integral parts of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of SAP Ariba experience, particularly strong expertise in Buying & Invoicing. Hands-on experience with at least two full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations is essential. A solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and approval workflows, is required. Experience with SAP Business Network enablement, endpoint configuration, and managing transaction rules is also crucial. Familiarity with SAP Ariba integration and ERP integrations using CIG is expected. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
