Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a SAP ARIBA Manager in Bengaluru. Lead and manage SAP ARIBA projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. You will meticulously monitor project scope, schedules, and risks, while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and remove roadblocks. Maintain adherence to organizational standards and governance, build robust relationships with stakeholders, and act as the primary escalation point for critical issues. Present clear project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership, utilizing data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

We are seeking a candidate with 10-12 years of IT experience, specifically with a strong background in indirect procurement processes. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance is essential. A solid understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, along with experience in Ariba integrations, is required. The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
