We are seeking a seasoned SAP FI Manager to spearhead SAP Finance implementations, rollouts, transformations, and support initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

Lead end-to-end SAP FI project lifecycle, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support.

Manage and mentor SAP FI functional teams, fostering collaboration with technical and cross-functional groups.

Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering, business process analysis, and fit-gap workshops to understand client needs.

Design and implement robust SAP FI solutions, focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Taxation.

Oversee integration of FI with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and CO, ensuring seamless data flow.

Manage all phases of project execution, from solution design and configuration to testing, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live.

Coordinate effectively with business users and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address issues promptly.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance client operations.

Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.

Possess 8-12 years of overall SAP experience, with a minimum of 6+ years dedicated to hands-on SAP FI.

Demonstrate strong experience in SAP FI implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.

Showcase a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and its core components, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

Exhibit in-depth knowledge of accounting and finance business processes, coupled with expertise in FI integration with MM, SD, CO, and AA.

Proficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment is essential.

Bring proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience, along with the ability to manage a team of SAP FI consultants.
