As an SAP Syniti Consultant, you will lead requirement gathering and business discovery sessions. You will analyze business processes to identify transformation opportunities and translate these into functional and technical specifications. Your role will involve leading SAP Syniti data migration, transformation, and integration projects, focusing on designing data replication, cleansing, and validation strategies.

Key responsibilities include configuring SAP Syniti solutions, developing data workflows, and ensuring data quality and integrity. You will also create test cases, support testing activities, and provide post-implementation training and support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior members are also essential aspects of this role.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an MBA. You should possess 4-6 years of experience in SAP Syniti, with expertise in data migration, transformation, and integration. Strong skills in data cleansing, replication, validation, and quality analysis are essential.
