This role focuses on optimizing lease and property management processes using SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

Key responsibilities include implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP RE-FX solutions. You will collaborate with business users to refine lease and property management. This involves gathering business requirements, creating functional design documents, and configuring RE-FX for Lease-In/Lease-Out Contracts, Property/Rental Object Management, Business Partner Management, Rent Calculation, Service Charge Settlement, and Contract Renewals.

Additional duties encompass supporting IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting, preparing functional specifications for custom developments, coordinating with ABAP teams, and conducting various testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT). You will also manage data migration, cutover activities, provide go-live support, resolve production issues, and deliver user documentation and training.

We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant with 3-5 years of hands-on experience. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. Strong skills in configuring and supporting SAP RE-FX modules are essential, including expertise in Lease-In/Lease-Out Contracts, Property and Rental Object Management, Business Partner Management, Rent Calculation, Service Charge Settlement, and Contract Renewals.

Familiarity with IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting requirements is crucial. You should be proficient in preparing functional design documents, functional specifications, and coordinating with development teams. Experience with unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and cutover activities is expected. The ability to provide go-live support and end-user training is also a key requirement for this role.
