Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance practice as an Associate Director, specializing in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). You will guide organizations through technology-driven transformations, leveraging innovative SAP solutions to boost efficiency and foster sustainable growth. This role offers a significant opportunity to impact leading companies across various industries.

Lead end-to-end SAP Treasury/TRM implementations, transformations, and support projects. Design, configure, and deliver robust SAP Treasury solutions on the S/4HANA platform. Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, oversee testing, and manage go-live activities. Effectively manage senior client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and integrate SAP Treasury with core Finance and other SAP modules. Provide functional guidance, mentor project teams, and contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client relationship management. Champion best practices and drive continuous improvement in Treasury transformation initiatives.

A minimum of 13–17 years of extensive SAP experience is essential, with deep expertise in SAP Treasury/TRM. Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementations and transformation projects is crucial. A strong grasp of SAP Treasury processes, configuration, and integration capabilities with Finance and other modules is required. Prior experience in Metals, Mining, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors is advantageous. Demonstrable success in client-facing roles, adept stakeholder management, and project leadership are key. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are a must. Experience in mentoring teams and managing complex project deliveries is highly valued.
