We are looking for an Associate Director with profound SAP FICO expertise, specifically within the Retail sector, to spearhead complex SAP S/4HANA implementations and finance transformation projects. You will be instrumental in shaping solution design, managing client relationships, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Lead comprehensive SAP FICO engagements for retail clients, from initial solution design through implementation and ongoing support. Act as a key advisor to senior finance executives, including CFOs and Finance Directors. Drive business development activities, including proposal creation and client presentations, while cultivating strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and quality delivery. Oversee end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, and system conversions. Configure core FICO modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Treasury, CCA, and COPA, ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, and retail-specific components. Apply in-depth knowledge of retail business processes including O2C, P2P, inventory valuation, revenue recognition, and omnichannel operations to enable real-time financial visibility.

A minimum of 11-14 years of experience in SAP FICO is essential, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in leading SAP implementations within the Retail industry is required. You should possess a strong foundation in at least three full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and have deep functional expertise in FICO with robust integration knowledge. Experience managing large, global teams and complex programs is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail or CAR, familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, and retail compliance standards, and exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar reporting tools. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are vital, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
